General information

Our products are handmade and are made to order just for you. They are not kept in stock! This means we need a little more time than usual before the goods can reach you. You can find the production times on the relevant product page and in the shipping information below. 

If you need it faster, we offer an optional priority production service (additional charge): Your order is taken out of the regular production process and prioritized. This option can be added at checkout if desired.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers or post office branches.

On which days and at what times will the goods be delivered?

Large-format pinboard canvases and magnetic boards are oversized freight and are therefore shipped by freight carrier - as an overnight courier service. This means that once the goods leave us, they will be with you the next morning. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. To help you plan as well as possible, we will provide an estimated delivery date shortly after your order is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link on the day of dispatch.

What happens if I am not available for the first delivery attempt?

If the first delivery attempt fails - for example, because no one was home or there were delivery problems (which can unfortunately happen from time to time) - we will then send you the contact details for the responsible GO! depot. In that case, please arrange a new delivery date directly with the carrier. This will make it possible to quickly resolve any issues with the delivery, if necessary.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

For logistical and organizational reasons, unfortunately we cannot offer scheduled delivery appointments.

Can I give permission to leave the shipment unattended?

After the first delivery attempt, you can give the freight carrier permission to leave the shipment unattended. Please note that we must approve this permission for insurance reasons.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us, as is generally customary, after 7 business days from the first delivery attempt. A completely new shipment will incur additional costs, which vary between 40.00 euros and 190.00 euros depending on the size of the goods and the destination country, and must be borne by the buyer.

Delivery is made under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Our prices therefore do not include customs fees, import duties or foreign taxes that may be incurred upon delivery to a non-EU country. These costs must be paid by the customer directly to the competent customs or tax authorities or the logistics company there. We recommend that our customers enquire with the customs or tax authorities about the details before placing their order.
